Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, API access, and project inputs required for the seamless execution of software delivery pipelines.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, architecture designs, documentation, and deliverables explicitly developed and paid for under a custom SOW shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of project fees.
Pre-existing tools, proprietary frameworks, libraries, or methodologies owned by TechXpertSolutions prior to the engagement remain our exclusive intellectual property, granting the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to utilize them within the deployed solution.
5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information, proprietary data, trade secrets, and user credentials shared during the course of the engagement.
We implement strict data protection and cybersecurity protocols aligned with industry standards to safeguard client infrastructure against unauthorized access or breaches.
6. Quality & Security Assurance
TechXpertSolutions embeds quality engineering and security protocols across every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
While we enforce rigorous testing, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments to guarantee high availability and performance, external integrations or third-party cloud services may occasionally experience downtime beyond our direct operational control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechXpertSolutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with our services or website utilization.
